Essential for any Microsoft PowerPoint user, NXPowerLite is a small, stand-alone utility that automatically reduces the size of PowerPoint files by optimizing the graphics and embedded documents contained within them. The new version of NXPowerLite (version 1.53) is fully compatible with PowerPoint 2003, the latest version of Microsoft's presentation software. It also works with older versions of PowerPoint (from 97 onwards) running on any version of Windows, from and including Windows 95.

Users simply drag a PowerPoint presentation onto the NXPowerLite icon, choose a compression level and click on the 'Optimize' button. NXPowerLite then searches through the presentation, finding ways to optimize the content. It's fully customisable, allowing users to choose the ideal balance between compression and quality.
