NEW YORK, NY - Neuxpower (exhibit booth #4104) today announced a new File Server Edition of NXPowerLite, a file optimization tool, at C3 Expo.

NXPowerLite radically reduces the size of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (as well as StarOffice and OpenOffice.org presentations saved in the PowerPoint format) by compressing the graphics and embedded documents contained within them, making them easier to manage, distribute and use.

NXPowerLite can reduce the size of presentation files by as much as 98% with no discernible loss of quality. Presentations retain the PowerPoint format and remain fully editable by anybody with a copy of PowerPoint. The recipient requires no special viewers or plug-ins.

NXPowerLite File Server Edition is an industry-first for this type of product, allowing organizations to deploy NXPowerLite in a way that exactly matches their requirements and is seamless to end-users. Once configured, it will enable IT Managers to immediately improve network efficiency and performance, while reducing backup requirements and shortening backup windows. The File Server Edition can be used in any environment that supports COM components (such as ASP or Windows Scripting Host).
